Online Workshop: The Roll Over
Join this workshop to develop your ability to do the exercise: Roll Over.
During this session we will warm up the body with exercises sequenced to get your spine moving and ready to roll. We'll go through stages of the Roll Over exercise, with the aim of achieving your Roll Over. And of course we will finish with a nice cool down. This workshop is not suitable for beginners. Online Workshop: Pilates Fundamentals
Come along to this workshop to learn the fundamental principles of Pilates.
The aspects covered will include neutral pelvis and spine position, Pilates breathing and the core connection. This is a great chance to go over the basics of Pilates, you will be free to ask questions throughout. This session will be perfect for those that have been coming to class but aren't completely sure on some of the basics. Suitable for all levels except complete beginners.
