Learn the fundamentals
Learn the key principles and building blocks you need to do Pilates safely and effectively. Exercises will be done on the mat and we’ll mostly be lying down or sitting up. Though the exercises will be small and simple, you will be developing the flexibility in your spine and the strength in your core. This session will be great for people that are brand new to Pilates and those that have only done a few sessions.

You’ll only need a couple of things
Here's a quick list of what you'll need to get started: An exercise mat, a yoga block (or a thick book to sit on) and an exercise band (or towel) to support the weight of your leg. You’ll also need a Zoom account (which is a free-to-use app) and finally, a comfortable space where you can sprawl out without banging into anything!
